Business Days vs. Calendar Days

Calendar days include every day in a date range, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Business days normally refer to weekdays that are available for regular business operations.

For example, a standard Monday-to-Friday working week has five business days and seven calendar days. When a public holiday falls on a weekday, it may also be excluded from the business-day count depending on the rules used.
